Congratulations! This is a big deal. Please keep in mind, this change often is much smoother for the person receiving the promotion, but causes stress to other family members.

A new baby on the way is where most minds go….but pay attention to the BIG trend with 30-somethings moving home (bouncing) and Baby Boomer parents taking the basement apartment – stairs and private access are important considerations.

When you are experiencing a health transition or marital crisis, people are often sad, exhausted, or experiencing chaos.
